“Very nice raised beds. Relatively easy to assemble. Recommend using an impact driver to screw the wood together. We had an issue with the delivery company but would buy from Harrod again”

“Terrible. Ordered material from them, which never appeared. I rang 4 times over a six week period to chase delivery. Each time I was told the same thing, it was in the warehouse and would be delivered next week - it never was. I can only assume it was never there, so the company could hold onto the money. Why should four different people not tell me the truth. Cancelled the order and will never use this company again.”

“Very satisfied with my Link-a-bord components. I am reconfiguring my existing veg garden layout and needed a few of the shorter length boards. I have had a number of raised beds made with this system for at least 15 years and they are still going strong even though they have been lifted and moved several times. Jarrod Horticultural we’re very helpfu and efficient in delivering to Northern Ireland”

We understand the delay with your order has caused great inconvenience for you and we are as disappointed as you are with the most recent further delay. Whilst most of our products are manufactured by ourselves, regrettably the Curved Water Bowls are bought-in products and we are completely in the hands of our suppliers regarding stock dates. “Our latest purchase was raised bed netting to keep out pidgeons, cabbage moth etc. it works well. I recently watched a cabbage moth systematically looking for an opening and finally giving up!”

“I write a review only because I have been invited to and given my experience I am surprised to have been asked. We ordered Peony baskets ahead of needing them for the season and in the event there was a long delay in receiving them such that it was too late to need or use them this year.”

The product which you ordered is manufactured in house, but unfortunately, we were let down by our suppliers of the raw material which we source externally. “Overall I am very pleased with the raised beds. Service was good, keeping me updated on delays with the delivery. Two damaged pieces received, one replaced very quickly. However, the other was not so good service as the staff member refused to order replacement until photo received despite the fact 2 of her colleagues did so without the photo.”

“Easy to navigate the website and to order the raised beds.I was aware of a delivery delay when ordering which was fine.On receipt of delivery one plank had a split in it but customer services were quick to arrange a new plank for me,with no hassle.”
