“I have had to wait several times for the item I have bought from you to be delivered and this will not happen until the end of January. I now get an e=mail from you offering clients free delivery on items bought now so I think you could be good enough to give me a discount as I had to pay delivery???????????????? “I bought some bubble wrap for the greenhouse and clips to hold it in place. I wasn't sure what I needed so I telephoned for advice and the lady I spoke to was very helpful. The bubble wrap is very good quality and should help to protect plants over the winter.”

“I ordered this product to replace some very old and battered bell cloches to protect some succulents over winter. I also ordered the extensions which I have used to give some protection from frost for a tender herbacious plant and also a potted winter jasmine, so a great alternative use. The cloches are substantial and I think will have a longer life than my old cloches”

“Information about delivery good. I might have bought from a different company had I realised there were no fixing materials included and the design means that you cannot easily erect the arches without v expensive add ons”

The arch plates can be concreted in place or there are ground anchors which are available separately. Apologies that this was not made clear at the point of purchase - we will review all the information on the website to make the fixing options clearer.
