Overall I am very pleased with the raised beds. Service was good, keeping me updated on delays with the delivery. Two damaged pieces received, one replaced very quickly. However, the other was not so good service as the staff member refused to order replacement until photo received despite the fact 2 of her colleagues did so without the photo.

The service I received has been brilliant. The product is ok once I had worked out how to erect. After a phone call where I was told to totally ignore the instructions it sort of made sense. Generic instructions are clearly a problem. It was sn expensive product and I would expect specific instructions for the product.

Although Harrod was unable to provide the item ordered as they were awaiting delivery of timber, I was very satisfied with their customer service. Credit card payment was held in pending (not taken) and the customer service person was quick to advise, cancel the order and release the payment.

The quality of goods is high with products being as described. My only minor criticism is that delivery could be quicker, as quite a few days passed between the "your goods have been dispatched" and the "your goods will be delivered today" emails.

I needed a single fruit cage for a Morello cherry tree, to stop birds eating the fruit. I was able to get all the components from HH (including posts 3m high) so I was happy with this. Delivery was prompt and unproblematic. Perhaps a bit expensive, but worth it to get a bespoke solution that has worked.

The product is of good quality and was relatively easy for two people to assemble once we had got advice from a DIY neighbour. Your reply to my query was slow in coming.

I purchased a bean frame, and am very happy with the design and quality. The delivery was slower than advertised at the time I placed the order - I eventually found that this was because they were waiting for delivery of a component. Now that the frame is up it looks magnificent - very good quality of netting in particular.

Good, but carrier left fruit cage at wrong address, and we had to go to collect it (awkward given its size). Erection instructions good but could be better, for example no distinction is drawn between poles with pre-drilled holes (for the door frame) and ordinary uprights. Door hinge and catch design could be improved to do away with screws and nuts. The screws are very short and it was far too easy to lose the nuts, and no spares are provided. I found the only way to tighten the door catch was to use a clamp so that screw and nut met. The steel hole former was extremely useful, making it easy to get vertical holes of the right depth. The netting is good and strong, but sizing was over-generous, and we had to cut off quite a lot. The raspberries are starting to ripen, and we are now looking forward to keeping the pigeons well and truly at bay!

I wanted to order a 4' x6' raised flower bed, ordering on line proved challenging for me, as I didn't really know everything that I needed - talking to your helpful telephone staff meant I was able to discuss things in detail, and so it went through ok. As there might be a new market developing(C0-vid lockdowns inspired) perhaps this aspect is something to bear in mind.

Good service but it's annoying at having to pay £4,95 delivery when I'm only a 10 minute walk away. I did go to the office reception and enquire but was told collection was not an option.
