“Service was excellent as usual. I ordered the 60cm plant supports as I couldn't get the Y stakes I usually use. The new ones are interesting as I found I had to "screw" them into the ground around my now mature plants. They seem to work well at holding them up. Fortunately, the recent rain has helped get them into the ground and work more effectively.”

“Good product range, but not very responsive to emails. Also, the packaging could consider the enviroment more - I received eco friendly wood treatment smothered in bubble wrap, which seemed a little ironic.”

“One of the parcels was not initially delivered with the multiple order. Even though it was on the delivery note. After making repeated telephone complaints the missing item was delivered. The whole order was completed. Thus customer services responded when issue was elevated.”

“The spiral plant supports are perfect for my tall rudbeckias and echinaceae, but when I placed the order there was a delay in supply. It would have been useful to know this at the time so I would not have been left wondering whether I would ever receive the product.”

“Overall very good. Delivery was slower than some stores, but still quicker than some very reputable/well known garden sites. The quality of the Helix bird feeder I got for my birthday is excellent. I enjoy watching just the small birds come and feed. I will definitely buy other products from HH in the future”

“Took a while to items to arrive. We understand there was a delay but took a lot longer than expected and we kept getting emails to say the items would arrive in the next two weeks but they took longer. Perhaps be more honest with expected delivery time.”

“Top end of the market for gardening equipment. You can buy cheaper elsewhere if you shop around but you do get quality products here. The customer service has also been good”

“Very nice raised beds. Relatively easy to assemble. Recommend using an impact driver to screw the wood together. We had an issue with the delivery company but would buy from Harrod again”

“Overall I am very pleased with the raised beds. Service was good, keeping me updated on delays with the delivery. Two damaged pieces received, one replaced very quickly. However, the other was not so good service as the staff member refused to order replacement until photo received despite the fact 2 of her colleagues did so without the photo.”
