“Good, but carrier left fruit cage at wrong address, and we had to go to collect it (awkward given its size). Erection instructions good but could be better, for example no distinction is drawn between poles with pre-drilled holes (for the door frame) and ordinary uprights. Door hinge and catch design could be improved to do away with screws and nuts. The screws are very short and it was far too easy to lose the nuts, and no spares are provided. I found the only way to tighten the door catch was to use a clamp so that screw and nut met. The steel hole former was extremely useful, making it easy to get vertical holes of the right depth. The netting is good and strong, but sizing was over-generous, and we had to cut off quite a lot. The raspberries are starting to ripen, and we are now looking forward to keeping the pigeons well and truly at bay!”

“I wanted to order a 4' x6' raised flower bed, ordering on line proved challenging for me, as I didn't really know everything that I needed - talking to your helpful telephone staff meant I was able to discuss things in detail, and so it went through ok. As there might be a new market developing(C0-vid lockdowns inspired) perhaps this aspect is something to bear in mind.”

“Excellent quality product. Perfect for purpose. Harrods are regularly let down by delivery company. Parcels received have been damaged. On one occasion parts were missing and delays in delivery common.”

“Strulch is an excellent product.. I got lots more coverage than I thought when I first looked at the bags.. And I didn't lay it thin which I know is a mistake. I've never mulched before... But it is the one thing I'll always do from now on.. What a difference its made to my main border.. Plants are so much healthier and far less weeds! I'll do another border next year 😊 delivery was a little slow.. 2 weeks.. But hopefully this was due to restrictions”

“The product I received was not the one I believed I was buying due to there being an old video on the site that should have been removed. The delivery took over ten days. All people I spoke to were courteous and helpful.”

“It takes a little longer to receive goods compared to other online companies. Having said that it states a 10 day delivery when ordering but in reality I received an email that goods had been dispatched and had delivery next day.”

“Arrived promptly and we'll packed. Very pleased with my fruit cage now it's up - but found the screws in the connectors (to hold the bars in place) extremely difficult to screw in. Holes were too small and screws poor quality so lost the screw head definition. Ended up having to replace some screws and make the holes slightly larger. Once up is sturdy has withstood high winds and net grips work really well.”

“Getting through on the phone is very difficult. The free 30 day offer is unclear and it does tell me why. My orders for Strulch which I buy gives me a code and these are rejected.”

“Very efficient so we are very impressed by all our dealings with you. We are always fearful about assembling items because bolts etc don't seem to fit properly. Yours did . We were delighted and relieved at how well and easily they fitted and the instructions were clear. We love the oberlisks. We note they were of British manufacture too. Thank you.”
