“Delivered within the timescale. Some of the packaging was damaged on transit. Customer services were very helpful & promised to replace any damaged parts. Thankfully not necessary. My only negative was that the screws locking the corner braces stand proud of the fittings and the netting continually catches on the when fitting to the frame.”

“The Hot bin I ordered turned up within a few days. I had no acknowledgement of order email, nor any notice of dispatch. It was a surprise to see a courier on the doorstep with a brown cardboard package as big as him. Thank you for making me laugh.”

“Lovely delivery man who put my raised bed and cover where I needed it. The quality is really good and it was easy to put together. It is cheaper to find materials and build it yourself - but I value my time too much for that. So, to me, it was worth the money. It looks lovely in the garden too. I would recommend this company.”

“I wished to order two Popadome Crop Protection systems as a Xmas present, but found that only spare covers were available. So I bought two of these, in the hope that the frames would soon appear again. We are now into February, and nothing has changed. Maybe Covid-19 is the culprit? Whatever, I obviously have not been able to put the system to use, and so cannot comment on its effectiveness. Could not your website at least give some idea as to when these will be for sale again? Without them I am of course unable to use the replaced covers already purchased!”

“Very impressed with the service. I ordered a few items for Christmas presents but knowing full well it was after the deadline for Christmas delivery according to their website. No worries - I'm always late with xmas shopping! I was amazed when the goods were delivered within 2 days and well in time to get them wrapped! Even during this pandemic! Items were good quality and at a good price - thank you. I haven't needed to contact there company other than via the ordering process.”

“I ordered the product and it was delivered to the wrong address. I had to collect and carry it because it was too big to fit in my car. They made a small refund and said they would look into it. Nobody bothered to come back which was really disappointing. Product is great and delivery was not their fault, but not bothering to come back.....not what I expect”
