The gloves are beautiful, far too nice to actually do any gardening in. The quality of them is fantastic. There was great sadness when they were used and got dirty. Now need a back up pair when these get more dirty.

I ordered a timber trug before Christmas, then to find a week later it was not going to be available to late January. I reluctantly accepted this, but since then, no communication.

The item I ordered before Christmas as a present is still not available or delivered. I have had to chase for information rather than being kept informed. Not so clever, still waiting but hopeful

I ordered the Great Dixter Planting Spade by Sneeboer before Christmas - it seems along with the rest of the UK! It clearly stated on the website it was out of stock but expected early January, so I placed the order. The spade arrived very early January, and is a great bit of kit. Both the spade and Harrods are very highly recommended!

I have just received a request to review an order when I have yet to receive the order - after over a month - which hasn't stopped them sending email after email for other products. Understand difficult circumstances but the delivery has just been delayed for I think the 3rd time?

I haven’t received the the item yet so am not sure what rating to give but Harrods have emailed me for a review so I’ll do my best. This was a Christmas present but they gave me plenty of notice that it wouldn’t come until late January so no complaints on that front. I expect the quality will be good but can’t give higher than 3 stars until I get to see the product.
