“Purchased the netting and exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately the frame wasn’t available so improvised and used flexible tent poles. Ok but would have preferred matching frame”

“The item we ordered was out of stock but unfortunately we were not advised of this. It took an email enquiring why we hadn't received it to find this out (hence the 4 stars). Once we were over this hurdle, everything was fine and the item arrived when Harrod said it would.”
