Sorry, but I can't review as yet. We are in the middle of moving house and so, not using the hot bin at present. Happy to review when I start using it. One thing I have noticed anout the hot-bin, it is very awakward to move with nowhere to grab on or handle to manoeuvre it.

Appalling I ordered from stock. I was given a delivery date. And then several days wait I received an email stating that the items were about of stock and replacement stock wasn't expected for at leat a month.

The products themselves are manufactured in-house but unfortunately, we were let down by our suppliers of the raw material which we source externally. I ordered something well before Christmas (planned present) which I was led to believe was in stock at the time, but turned out not to be and the latest delivery promise (3rd one) is now sometime maybe in February. Enough said.

I received my order but being busy did not open it. A few days later I received a voicemail to say there was a problem and would I call them. I opened my parcel and found it contained a complete different item from the one I had ordered. I returned the telephone call and asked to speak to the person who had left the message, she was busy and the person I spoke to could not help me. It was arranged that the original contact person would call me back either that day or the following one. I have received no further telephone calls 4 days later, and I do not have my order and have never received an apology for what is their mistake. Atrocious customer service.

Very good communication - one item out of stock so immediately had an email, saying when it would be despatched and when it would arrive. As this was two weeks before Christmas, I was a bit dubious, but they were as good as their word. All items well wrapped and packed.

We're delighted with the metal raised bed we received from Harrod Horticultural, and with the delivery of wool compost. The quality of these products is excellent, as was the customer service.

Although seemingly expensive, this is high quality, right size to fit our Acer, and relatively easy to unfurl and place over the tree and fasten against wind. Good strong zipper, which can be left open a bit to let wind out to avoid billowing too much. Fabric appears strong and excellent. Overall a good buy so far but only had it up for a couple of months.

This is the second order where it has taken months for the delivery. My first one was in April and took 3 months eventually arrived in July! I was forgiving of that because it was during lockdown. But second order was beginning of December still not received and told might still not get it at end of January (3rd time due date been changed).

As bought-in products, we are completely in the hands of our suppliers regarding stock dates and we are expecting to receive a delivery of the Geopods on the 29th January. However, we still cannot guarantee that this deadline will definitely be met. Oh Dear. I've emailed to praise you for keeping me in touch with the delayed order. Totally understandable. Yet, now I'm asked how happy I am with a product that still hasn't been delivered. What a shame. I called out Sarah Raven's company for continuing to bombard me with email shots and then send me the service rating email, just as you have done now. You have fared better - at least keeping me across the state of our order. But really, you should STOP all your rating forms until you are sure your customers have received the goods. Getting disappointed with my service from you now - still waiting for the propagator - and currently out of pocket by nearly £200. I hope the wait will be worth it.

Excellent customer service. Excellent products, Burgeon and Ball garden spade and fork. Excellent communication. There was a delay in delivery for one item, but I was regularly kept fully up to date. Thank you
