Have not yet received goods after one week of total incompetency on the part of the carrier, UKMail. Not yet received a response to my complaint to Harrods either.

It is frustrating for us when this happens because we can’t directly affect this part of the service when the goods leave our warehouse so rest assured this will be investigated fully to ensure the standards are improved further. still no delivery am very upset will not order from do again would cash back.

Thank you for your order and review. Please accept our apologies for the delay in the delivery of your order. The delay was the result of ensuring that your live pest control product reached you in optimum condition. Our current process involves ordering live pest control products once a week from our suppliers and sending these straight away the following week once stock is received. Regrettably we do not currently have the storage facilities for live pest control products in our warehouse. We have now despatched your item and hope it is safely with you.

Although Harrod say they dispatch 3 to 5 days they did not for me or and 11 days after ordering I was told on the phone they had no stock, leaving me with two hired gardeners a 400 square metre lawn and no lawn feed

Appalling Customer Service !! 1. Was promised a callback - I ended up having to call them back as no one rang !! 2. Promised next day delivery for my faulty items - didn't arrive !! 3. Promised before 9am delivery the following day - still waiting for them to turn up !! I would NOT recommend Harrod Horticultural to anyone !!
