“I ordered a children's digging fork which arrived promptly. My 7-year-old grandson loves gardening. Sadly, the first time he used it, the shaft snapped just above the steel fork. I can only think that it was caused by a slight invisible fault in the shaft. I took a photograph and sent it to Harrod Horticultural. It was replaced in short order and my grandson, who was upset that he had broken a valuable tool although I assured him it wasn't his fault, is now a very happy boy, and I am a happy grandmother. We will be gardening together this weekend.”

“I purchased 6m x 2m fruit cage (my second) which took a leisurely day to put up. It looks great and, assuming it performs as well as my first one, will keep those pesky birds off my fruit. I take the roof off for winter so that snow doesn't cause the poles to bend.”
