“In finding the fruit cage for my garden I was able to chat to HH and discuss the best option for uneven terrain. They were easy to reach (a real person!) and very helpful. The resulting cage is great, sturdy and just what I wanted. Though I would add a caveat – the side netting is exactly the height of the corner stakes, so no extra height to cover uneven ground. But there was extra length, so I have been able to adjust where needed.”

“Good products, if a little expensive. We purchased a double zip entry strip, one of the zips will only open from one side . We had problems trying track when a large order would be delivered. Customer service told me it was on for delivery that day but by 5pm nothing had arrived further contact was made with customer services but I was moved from one place to another eventually speaking to the local transport manager for the courier. He seemed unaware as to exactly were the parcel was but as we were going away assured me that it wouldn’t arrive until the day we were due back. However I arrived home to find the parcel on the doorstep!”

“The purchase was materials for a number of raised beds (4). Items arrived as scheduled. Instructions were concise and accurate. Finished article looks good and the recommendation to include capping was good and made a difference. all together very satisfactory. Thank you.”

“The product is very smart in appearance however I have only had it up a short while. Please be aware that the end poles are to be rotated differently to the middle poles before inserting into the ground. Have a look at how the wire clips work - this explains the rotation but it was not in the instructions. I have had multiple comments on how smart the product looks.”

“Ordering product was very easy, delivery arrived when expected and i am very pleased with the product, i had enough to cover 2 polytunnels which i had constructed myself which was cheaper than buying a marketed product”

“The plastic connectors for the aluminium vegetable cage do not work very well. Even when the screws are tightened up they do not grip properly and tend to slide down with the weight of the netting.”

“The pea support frames are very sturdy, and easy to construct. I also ordered plants which came boxed in straw. The peas and mangetout plants were at the bottom, and have never recovered. Those that survived are stunted and frail, no likelihood of any crop from them.”
