“The video on how to put the mini greenhouse together, was excellent. The greenhouse is very good value for money, but the shelving is not strong. Am looking for some racking that will fit.”

“They supplied a product that is easy to assemble, is light to handle but is clearly durable with a long guarantee. It was easier and cheaper to use this product than to have professional landscapers install a wooden alternative that would not last as long. Very quick on delivery as well.”

“The order was dealt with efficiently and fast, even though it was very inconvenient that the two orders arrived as separate deliveries. We were very disappointed that the three part compost bin arrived in more than 100 single parts, and every item had to be assembled in order to build the bins. It would have been helpful to have had this information prior to ordering. We assumed that the bins are delivered as flatpack panels, and it cost us two days to assemble everything instead of the assumed 3 hours.”

Thank you for your recent review and order. We understand from your comments that you are unhappy with the prices of some of the products in our catalogue and on our website. Obviously we would like all our customers to be completely satisfied with every aspect of our service and would like to offer a brief explanation into our pricing structure. Wherever possible, we aim to be competitive when fixing prices on products that other mail order companies of our size stock. We spend a great deal of resources on ensuring we charge a similar price and wherever possible, we try to give our customers an even better deal. We try to source superior products to offer to our customers and also try to research, design and manufacture our own products wherever possible using superior materials.
