“Ordered a climbing rose, I was kept informed of despatch date. It arrived on time & it was well packaged & protected in strong carton. It was in lovely healthy condition. It is the first year I have mail ordered plants on line & I have purchased from a number of companies this year, most of what I have received from other on line companies have been a disappointment but I can honestly say that Harrod Horticultural has been by far the best in terms of delivering healthy strong plants. My rose is now climbing happily & has about 20 buds ready to open. Thankyou. I will be buying again soon.”

“The horticultural net has not kept the butterflies off my cabbage plants. They could fly under the net as when windy the net slipped out of the plastic pegs holding it in the ground. When Harrods Horticultural contacted me they could not have been more helpful in resolving this issue. They have longer tent-like pegs which will hold the net more firmly in the ground. These they sent to me free of charge. Hopefully, this will resolve this issue.”
