The product was fine but had been damaged in transit and the delivery firm did not come twice when they said they would.

The actual product I purchased was very good, but I had telephoned regarding some additional parts for the auto watering device, which were not in stock. I was promised a phone call regarding the availability of these parts. To date I have received no phone call. Extremely Poor customer service

the 245litre Cascata waterbutt is pretty to look at but the water in the lid has not been recognised by the birds and it goes green and nasty. Not suitable for plants ! Two big holes at the top back, is there a bung for the second one??? Super Magnum butt good size but no useful instructions and difficult to get the temporary bung off. you need to state that it needs an extra wide stand. The pea and bean frame and the portable cage have yet to be assembled. May have to wait until the spring now. Interesting cataloge and I may well order something else in the near future.

The butterfly netting was excellent but the carriage was crippling - £14.95 to the UK mainland - or should we now say 'the Scottish' mainland. I have since sourced a supplier of the same product in the south of England and the postage is £3.95 to mainland UK, Highland region, and the same article is slightly cheaper. Guess who I will be dealing with in the future. Thank you anyway. Hugh

The base of the water butt, the stand was not as it looked in the picture of the catalogue with one large cutout to place and fill the watering can but with four equal cutouts all round which might not fit all watering cans. When paying for postage you would expect the item to arrive in a couple of days and not take five or six.

Once the product arrived my dad was very happy with it but there was a delay with delivery which was a shame as it was a present for my dads birthday. We are still awaiting for item number two to be delivered. Very disappointed.

I have unfortunately struggled to order on line and have to resort to calling each time to place my order. The staff are always helpful and efficient. My purchases are always the same, corner pieces for cages and find these to be of inferior quality as they seem to snap very easily.

Not sure that the netting provided with this vegetable cage will let through the 'smaller pollinating insects' (as stated on your website/catalogue). The mesh is very small. I shall be using it for brassicas rather than the peas that I purchased it for.

The product is fine. Customer service is poor. If an item is not in stock then I should have been told AT THE POINT OF ORDER, not some days later. When a second email arrived telling me of a further delay I emailed you to express my dissatisfaction but no one has ever bothered to respond to that.

The product is good but I wish I had never bought it! I am continually bombarded with unsolicited emails despite continual requests to you to unsubscribe me and STOP.

Good Products. 1 item not despatched and I had to contact the company. This resulted in 3 weeks delay. It was sent from an outside supplier.

Once fitted it performs well, but fitting is a nightmare. The wax cylinder cannot be compressed like the gas cylinders of old, so fitting must be done on a cold day or at night. The cylinder can be compressed by storing in a fridge but expands when you get it into the greenhouse if it is a hot day. The plastic adjuster nut is feeble and likely to "strip". Bayliss should go back to a brass nut

first time customer; ordered over the phone and the first item ( both in stock at time of call) arrived very quickly. Then an email to say second item would be available June 10th. Today is June 20th - no item yet ,and no reply to my email but when I called was told would be in stock June 20th - let's hope so.

The product in principal is OK and of a good basic design , however the timber and treatment is inferior and does not warrant the exaggerated price we paid for the item , unlikely I would consider shopping again at Harrods

The online Order Process went without problem. I emailed with a query twice and got no response, so had to telephone. Telephone service was prompt and efficient. My order arrived on time. However, one of the posts was quite badly split, but repairable with a couple of screws. The quality of the screws supplied was very poor, even using the recommended pozi drive screwdriver with an electric screwdriver, the heads stripped, making it impossible to remove the screw headsl. The screws were then drilled out, brackets redrilled and new better quality screws purchased. It is a shame that a good product is let down by cheap and poor quality screws. These screws should be replaced at the earliest possible chance. It is a shame that so many mail order companies appear to sell good products, which are let down due to lack of quality control.

Delivery service said even though I gave a place to leave the goods, they wouldn't as they required a signature. When they delivered the goods there were only 2 of the 3 packages. They delivered the third two days later and it was sheer luck someone was in to receive them. If the courier isn't going to leave the goods when asked for by the customer then don't give the customer the option when they purchase the goods.

This is my first experience of you. I ordered an arch with full lattice but no one told me it would take three weeks as it had to be made. The order confirmation note said 2/3 days and only when I rang up was I told it would take so long, and even then I had to ring twice. Not very impressed.
