Over all the delivery was good and on time. But unfortunately because of the packing method the metal hoops sharp ends damaged the polythene sheet, meaning that I had to waste a lot of the polythene sheet I purchased.

I would have received the item more quickly if the carrier hadn't left it at a neighbour's house and pretended that someone had signed for it. I happened to pass my neighbour's house and enquire whether it was with them as our house names are similar. She said that no one rang the door bell and yet 'signed for' had been written on the delivery note. Please use a more efficient carrier in future.

Speedy delivery and product as described. We haven't set up the watering system yet so cannot comment on its performance. However, we were disappointed to find that our Gardener's World Club discount code was not accepted. We were told that this was due to the item already being discounted. We would have expected them to honour the code.

I contacted Harrod Horticultural for advice on the amount of netting I required, giving them all the dimensions of my raised beds. They came back to me very swiftly and the order was fulfilled quickly. Unfortunately, I've ended up with much more netting than I need. Perhaps they should be a little more careful checking requirements when a customer asks for advice?

Thank you for your review and your order. We are disappointed to learn that the netting you have received is too big for your needs. We always advise the closest size of netting to cover framework or hoops completely. We also advise extra netting to allow for the height of hoops and the ends of Raised Beds. As our butterfly netting is only available in 4m, 6m, 8m and 12m widths, sometimes we have to supply more netting than required as this is the only option. The rubarb forcer was badly packed and cracked but because I didnot unpack it untill three weeks after recieving it I didnot report back to the company.

Only one item received. The copper ring is still showing on your website but is 'no longer available' so not sure why I've been asked to review it. The nematodes have not been delivered yet.

I bought an expensive water butt a few weeks ago. It cost circa£300. It is fitted with a fancy tap that has a connection that will not any modern hose pipe connectors. How stupid is that?

I received your new catalogue on 27th Dec. and put in my order same day as I was going on holiday on the 7th Jan. I forgot to order my free gift at the time But did get the order in before I went on holiday. The main order arrived the day before I went on holiday but no free gift. I understand three attempts were made to deliver it which ended in the end next door. As it was Christmas and all your 'phones were not maned I should have left ordering until I got back from holiday. Thanks Robert Marskell. Order No. 769069

It may seem obvious to experienced gardeners how to use the Alliplugs, etc., that I purchased, but to novices it was not quite so obvious and it didn't seem right to have to go to another website to get a diagram. I also found that their prices for the same items were cheaper (but hey ho that's my fault for not doing more research) apart from that the service was good). Pauline Eckersley

Not the easiest to construct for a woman on her own. Chief moan would be about the hooks that hold it all up... they're too small, the slightest wind will unseat the net and I find myself having to continually reset it. Good idea let down by one small detail

I ordered some leaf hand grabs, but was told they were out of stock. I found some others (not such a good design) and phoned to ask when mine would be due in, was told (on a Monday) that they would be back in stock the following Monday and then sent out to me. I believe you will find this is the case when you look at my account. As the leaves were falling fast and I wanted to get on with the job, I bought the other type, (meaning to phone you immediately to say, don't bother sending mine, as I have bought some others) only to receive an email the next day to say they were on their way! I know I could have sent them back, but have decided to keep them as yours are a much better design. It is just irritating when information given is inaccurate. Not the end of the world, but you did ask! Best wishes and have a happy Christmas when you get there.

Delivery could have been quicker. Thought bubbles would have been bigger, but now up in greenhouse, so hope for mild winter. Delivery driver should get his money back from charm school - but I expect he was in a hurry to get home as it was early evening. !

Many problems with delivery co-ordination, deliveries came a day early and a day late. This does need sorting out.
