“I ordered a max min thermometer for the green house. I was rather disappointed to find that the batteries included were flat. It must have been in storage for some time!”

“Delivered promptly and exactly as promised. Good instructions and a good quality cage. It's now proudly erected in our garden. (minus the roof netting left off as per the instructions in case of snow) Thank you”

“There was a delay in receiving my order and I was not informed of this. I only found out when I phoned up to enquire. There was also confusion in the timing of the delivery as I was away for a week and did not want the order left outside. I had to phone again to clear up the confusion.”
