“Brilliant Service. After being let down by another firm 4 days before Christmas I luckily found Harrod Horticultural, Their service was 2nd to none. After ordering I phoned to make sure they had the product (Rhubarb Forcer) and they could deliver on time. The customer service dept were fantastic, the order arrived the next day and it is perfect. Would 100% use them again. Thank you, Helen Webb”

“The payment part of the website was down so I had to order over the phone. The staff were extremely polite and efficient and the product arrived earlier than expected. On its own the wood store looks rather insubstantial and a bit expensive for what it is, however on the wall it looks like a piece of art, practical and has had many complements.”

“Frame Saver Net Clips do the job as intended but would be easier to find when dropped on the ground if they were manufactured from a more visible colour plastic, say fluorescent orange or similar.”

“Online ordering was fine, delivery was split across several days with no indication that it was happening like that. The delivery driver said he had seen split deliveries from Harrods Horticulture before so he guessed that as one package was missing it would arrive another day.”

“Delivery was spot on and although I haven't been able to use the product yet (fine weave insect mesh) it certainly looks robust and good for quite a few years. It looks like it will be a little tricky to work with but that's the price of having tough and effective material, so no problem.”
