“Placed an order for a plant support frame, goods are a good quality and I am very pleased with the product. What may put me off ordering again was the delivery company they used. I received a text from DX freight saying the goods were going to be delivered between 8 am and 6pm, I waited at home to receive the delivery. By 8pm it was clear they were not going to deliver and hadn't bothered to contact me. I then received another text the following day to say they were going to deliver, I wasn't going to be in but wasn't worried as they state that if you aren't in they will leave a card and you can rearrange delivery. When I returned home 2 days later, the goods had been dumped on my door step in the rain, my house fronts straight onto the road. It was somewhat surprising that they were still there! The service was so poor that even the postman commented on it. So whilst I like Harrod products and think that they are a good company, I'm not sure that I would purchase from them again due to the delivery company they use.”

“Fantastic service. We have a large fruit cage which we inherited when we moved house. We moved the location and decided to renew netting. Customer Services were able to look up our postcode and identify the model (which was purchased 15 years or more ago) and so were then able to advise us as to exactly what was required.”

“We ordered two metal planters. One arrived within the delivery time stated, but there were delays in the delivery of the second planter. We were kept informed of the situation, but this was frustrating.”
