“Composter delivered efficiently and on time. Was NOT given the Black Friday discount - didn't feel the effort required to claim it was worth it, but since asked for feedback I felt moved to point this out from a regular customer.”

“After recently purchasing an item that was sadly not of the quality I expected and which failed to operate one week after purchase I was provided with a full refund without quibble. This was an excellent response to my problem and although I had to obtain a similar item elsewhere I would have no hesitation in purchasing from Harrod again. I have a great deal of trust in Harrod and there are not many organisations that I can say that about. Thank you.”
