“I received a letter through the post informing me that the item that I had ordered was no longer available - even though it was on your website and it didn’t flag up when I continued to check out. In the letter no alternative was suggested, I was going to ring your customer services team but decided that I didn’t want to spend my money with you. I have been proved right as you didn’t even realise that I didn’t receive anything to be satisfied with.”

“I spent a long time looking for metal garden accessories - so many were either flimsy or industrial-looking at one end of the spectrum to bespoke, and therefore extremely expensive, at the other. When I chanced upon Harrod Horticultural, the online images looked good so I ordered an obelisk up which to train a climbing rose. I was so pleased with the quality that I ordered another straight away, along with four trellis products. All arrived in good protective packaging (probably slightly too much plastic wrapping, if I'm to be honest) and are sturdy yet elegant and fairly priced for the quality. They look really good in my small city garden, even without the full benefit (yet) of the climbing plants. I would recommend Harrod Horticultural without hesitation - thank you.”

“We ordered a dome fruit cage and netting which all arrived very quickly and well packaged. The assembly instructions were clear and we managed to put everything together easily even though we were erecting on a sloping site. The product is strongly made and looks great in our garden. We are very happy customers.”
