“We purchased the product as a Christmas present for our son and daughter-in-law, we were pleased to see that it arrived boxed and ready to use. The only thing I would suggest is that there should be a warning on the box to say the item has been greased, fortunately I realised it had been before I opened it and got the product out in my lounge.”

Thank you for your order and review. After checking with our warehouse, we can confirm that we do not grease any of our products as this would prevent the natural rusting process. Therefore we are not able to add a warning label to this product. Many thanks again for your order.

“Delivered a good product, well wrapped. We should have RTFM as we ended up with our verticals horizontal and vice versa so cage was 7 foot high and too narrow. Only worked it out when we hung the door and had a large non bird proof gap at the bottom.Doh! Our fault entirely.”

“Harrod's products are always of good quality and delivered promptly. We used their made to measure service for a fruit cage, which was delivered exactly to specification. When we noticed a manufacture fault on a corner brace during assembly they quickly dispatched a replacement part.”
