“Efficient delivery and the lawn edging and link stakes I purchased make the garden so much easier to keep tidy-looking. The Gothic arch over a path is impressive and links two parts of the garden. Looking forward to see it covered with roses.”

“That we eventually constructed a lovely fruit cage. But the instructions were hard to follow and some screws were too short ! Please make things easier for ordinary folk.”

“Considering the cost, i would say this item is significantly over priced. Assembly took approximately 5 hours. This has no reflection on my DIY ability but the 100's of screws involved. The finished article looks good and works well. I would seriously request your designers to look at sub-assembly at the factory prior to shipment”

“Have purchased bubble wrap greenhouse insulation from Harrods previously. My recent second purchase was of equally good quality. It is very strong and from my previous experience it is very resistant to UV deterioration. My previous purchase has only just started to decay after 6 winters. Much better quality than available at most garden centres. Their service was straightforward and delivery was prompt.”

“I've always received items I've ordered very quickly and they've been exactly as described and overall excellent quality. Prices are slightly higher than elsewhere, but the service is very good and delivery quick and reliable, so it is well worth it. “I bought a 2x8 foot flower bed to go along the garage wall, the lining, the hoops and the PVC cover. The latest two have not been installed yet so I can’t give an opinion on them. The flower bed was relatively easy to put together, and the lining only needed to be laid inside. The wood had green mouldy spots on it but I have fixed that by giving it a quick brush with outdoor wood polish which gave it a lovely look. Overall a very good product for my veggies garden. The only criticism I could give is that it would be great if customers could be made aware of when the delivery happens as not knowing that, it was stack up in the front yard as I was out. Since I had only given birth few months before, if I was home I would have asked to have the wood taken in the back garden as I couldn’t lift anything”

“I ordered the wall trellis. Very impressed with the finish and quality to the extent that i looked around the outside of our (Georgian) house to see if i could utilise another to help bring them together as a theme. Quick and efficient delivery. Very happy to recommend.”
