“Very nice quality products. Had one little hiccup with an order that didn't go through properly but was absolutely not the fault of Harrod. A quick phonecall to their very nice customer service department and everything was back on track. Delivery is very quick.”

Thank you for your review and your order. We are very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the window box which you recently purchased. We do state on our website that the window box has an open base with slats to support the plastic trough which is included. “I have no issues at all with the quality of the goods ordered and received however delivery is very disappointing. My first order although promised on the Thursday failed to arrive - and again on the Friday. I ended up collecting it as I had been specific that it was needed for the weekend. 320 deliver charge was refunded without quibble however it was very inconvenient. My latest order was placed on a Sunday afternoon and promised by email on the Friday but disappointingly arrived on Monday morning. it is very difficult to plan weekends this way and so I am unlikely to use again.”
