“Delivered on time. Product as described. Cheaper than buying direct from manufacturer. What's not to love. Have bought many products from Harrodhortico in the past and will continue to do so.”

“Originally order was not in stock and expected date moved further and further into the future. E-mail details were ignored and "pro forma" (irrelevant) responses were unhelpful. Order cancelled in frustration. Re-order some months later also claimed to be out of stock with an expected date in the future however product arrived after about ten days.”

We understand the delays with your order caused great inconvenience for you and we are as disappointed as you with delays in despatch. The products themselves are manufactured in house but unfortunately we were let down by our suppliers of the raw material which we source externally. “I liked the prices but was having trouble ordering three Items on-line. I rang and spoke to a very helpful lady who took my order over the 'phone. The items arrived (in an indestructible sack) within a few days. Very well packaged and I thought that the compostable cardboard protecting the sharp tool edges was inspirational. Flawless transaction!”
