“I ordered two popadomes which I found to be easy to erect and an excellent alternative to the mess of netting I previously used to protect my vegetables from birds. They came within a couple of days of my order. I was so pleased that I ordered two more taking advantage of the free carriage offer. These came by a different route and took rather longer to arrive. Overall I am very pleased with the product and the service.”

“I’ve only ordered twice and both times my order has gone through only to be followed by a period of a week or so with no updates and then an email to say the item I’ve ordered is out of stock. I’m not sure why this couldn’t be advised when I ordered. There was also no option to cancel the order.”

“I have always found Harrods provided first class quality but have to admit the recent cloches I purchased were not up to what I normally expect, and looked cheap and not normal Harrods quality.I hope this is just a one off!! ken Wyatt”

“My walk in vegetable cage was delivered quickly. Seems robust and so far the cabbage white butterflies haven't managed to intrude. It is quite simple to pull up the net for weeding. I am very happy with it.”

“Goods arrived on time easy to put even though instructions were missing if it keeps birds from pinching cherries I will be happy. Only time will tell how long netting lasts for”

“The goods arrived promptly and were well packed and delivered. They are components for a frame, which I have not yet constructed but the pieces in their packing stored, in the meantime, easily in the rafters of my garage.”

“Excellent product, well made and certainly designed to be long lasting (not the flimsy things one sees in garden centres). We needed an unusual configuration of trellis so we could use it to also exclude our terriers from a part of the garden. Harrod sorted out for us the right parts and delivered them smartly. The overall result is excellent. We also have other Harrod products and I must say that all the products seem very well made and robust.”

“Ordered some vegetable plants. Unfortunately there was a long delay for delivery. I was informed there was a problem with the nursery and the plants wouldn't be available for a bit longer. The customer service agent was very helpful, cancelled my order and arranged a refund. So I didn't get my plants but the customer service to rectify it was very good.”

“The fruit cage frame was easy to assemble ,the clips made it easy to attach the netting and it keeps the pigeons off the cherries”
