“The customer services at Harrod horticulture is exceptionally good. My call was answered straight away, concerns were noted and generated a prompt and very favourable outcome. She was pleasant and friendly and made you feel at ease. All their products ,i have bought so far from them have been of high quality, albeit a bit pricey. Thank you customer services.”

“Thank you for the pheremone trap for our old horse chestnut tree. We have just changed the first one after 6 weeks and although the moth grubs have still bored into the leaves, we think it is less than last year. We did find a great many of the adult moths in the trap so we think you can call this method of protecting our trees a success and I've put some pictures on Facebook. Well done!!”

“I recently purchased one of the slot and lock pond covers. It is a great product and so far havnt seen the heron back since i set it up - Easy to build and looks great. Delivery was as expected and even though one item was missing they sent it out the same day. Thanks”

“A phone call was required to check suitability of product, obelisks for growing sweet peas up as no photos on website. Non gardener responded. Also delivery was a bit delayed and product large left behind our car in front yard, a text re delivery slot would have been helpful.”

“I erect my fruit cage every year to protect my currents (red, black and white), gooseberry bushes and strawberries. My purchase of addition equipment enabled me to extend the cage and make the picking of the fruit a lot easier. Thank you for wonderful products.”

“Generally well designed and well made, would have liked a few more cable ties. 8 Screws that fixed the door corners had shoulders which meant that when screwed right in they no longer gripped the plastic, i had to replace them with fully threaded stainless screws. Also inserts to convert door fixings from square to round were a bit of a pain.”
