“A perfect Kit. The delivery of the raised bed kits was exactly as notified. Instructions were clear although it took me an age to work out which components were needed for my 3 linked beds of differing sizes and heights and which sides of the posts had which metal brackets affixed. I had trouble with getting some of the screws in with the electric screwdriver as they seemed to lose their cross head easily (soft metal?). Several had to be replaced. I have now managed the assembly and the beds look wonderful. I also ordered some topsoil and this came sooner than expected. Overall I am very pleased with my investment in these beds, and looking forward to the growing season”

“Our Harrod Aluminium fruit cage was flattened by heavy snow on the roof netting. We were pleased to find that we could replace the plastic joints and the other components were undamaged. Replacement joints were modestly priced and arrived quickly.”

“Very disappointed when a hand fork purchased for me worked loose after only a few months of use. Advice given to me by you was to glue it back in! This a friend has now done but considering this tool is given such a long guarantee of use I am extremely annoyed and have lost faith in Your products Yvette Allen”
