“Good service and the kit arrived ok. But it would have been nice to get (or select) an estimated delivery date when ordering..or a date of planned delivery when it left the warehouse. As it was it was pure chance we were in when delivery occurred.”

“The lady on the phone was very nice but on both occasions needed to ask speak to a colleague - it was only when I got my phone bill that I found out it was a premium rate number so for that reason alone I am not at all impressed.”

“Had to chase the order and was told item not in stock.I was then told a"double pack" of the item was in stock and would be sent for the same price as the single item I'd ordered.A few days later I received the single item!All very confusing but the staff were friendly.”
