“I must be happy, I am always back!! Phone people are excellent, I'm not too good on the computer, always thinking I have ordered the wrong size, length etc. Delivery is careful and most times early . They are good at tucking things away in the greenhouse. Overall brilliant!”

“This is the second year I have bought biological control for whitefly. The delivery took ages and I have not seen any evidence of control yet. I don't know if the delay meant that the bugs were kept over long at your premises which may have had an effect?”

“Harrod Horticultural did not make us happy as they sent our order to the wrong address, Having rung up about it they told me that they had sent it to the address which the order came from, well they did not as the order had come from me.”

“After finding the items I wanted in the booklet, ordering online was easy. Delivery was quick. The product, supports and nets for raised vegetable beds, were excellent, with good growing height for the vegetables, and easy to fit. The fitted nets with the elasticated bottom was an excellt design, and so easy to lift to pick the vegetables.”

“From the 3 Obelisks I ordered 1 was broken; got it swiftly replaced though; from the 3 composers I ordered the wood was already chipped on the corners when it arrived. Feeling disappointed in the need of to call again and complain: its pure the packaging: just some plastic doesn't do a lot to protect the product in a delivery van”
