“Website was not working properly when I tried to place an order for pond netting. Customer Services assistant was very friendly and helpful. It was useful to be able to order in specific dimensions rather than have to waste some. Netting was easily fixed to surrounding paving slabs by my builder with special stainless steel screws. It seems to be very strong and is very reasonably priced. Hopefully this will protect my fish from further attacks by predatory gulls who had killed about 20, along with dragging out several floating plants (Water Soldiers). I have yet to pull back a section of the netting to remove leaves or in the event of a natural demise of a fish, but I'm sure/hope it will be easy.”

“I bought a wooden handled trowel with a personalised Christmas engraving. Unfortunately, the engraving was not done well, with 'shadowing' on the first couple of words. Delivery was prompt, but I did not return it as it was too close to Christmas. I felt the item was overpriced in comparison with what I could have bought elsewhere.”

“I was looking for a very fine mesh to cover vegetables on the allotment. I ordered what looks to be the answer. Delivery was quick and the mesh well packaged. Already have it over some late planted sprouts and it has withstood heavy rain and wind. Will probably order more next year.”
