We understand the delay with your order has caused great inconvenience for you and we are as disappointed as you are with the most recent further delay. Whilst most of our products are manufactured by ourselves, regrettably the Burgon and Ball Ground Breaker Spade is a bought-in product and we are completely in the hands of our suppliers regarding stock dates. “Harrod's long-handled leaf grabbers are wonderful. What a difference they have made to my leaf clearing. I gather about ten 1-tonne builders' bags into my leaf mould enclosure and about the same amount goes off to our local authority recycling centre - fortunately nearby. What a difference to the collection of those leaves they make. Blow or rake the leaves into heaps and then transfer them into bags. It is so easy and fast. No back bending and they contain prodigious quantities of leaves, wet or dry. I can bore others with their wonders!”

“Excellent product. Purchased similar on three separate occasions.( the self watering pots with tanks.) They work brilliantly so that tanks only need filling once in about 10 days. Perfect for the greenhouse and the terrace. Not pretty but do the job. Ideal for when on holiday.”

“i was really pleased that I am kept up to date on my orders (2) so I don't have to worry about sorting out new presents for the people. They will come eventually so I can stay relaxed. If not arrived by Christmas, I can inform my colleagues that their pressie will come eventually.”

“Five star service, but too many Emails. Nice to hear from you but you tend to over do it. Found the best way for screw recognition was to write numbers on masking tape and stick them on the relevant screw bags.”

“The phone staff do not care about your purchases .. when you phone up to ask why they have not been delivered .... it’s like they are numb to any kind of caring . It’s like they take things for granted about the process and just see customers as numbers and annoyance ... not impressed ! My order was returned by Tuffnells !!! With no communication to me .... then you send me a review !! Your staff just work to the process that is not fit for purpose ... even when I was in the phone ... they just wanted me off it ! Harrod .... I have bought from you before .... but hide behind poor Customer Service !”
