“I had problems with the website on the day I ordered for some reason, so I phoned. The lass at Harrod's was brilliant and dealt with it all for me. The spade was delivered the next day which was amazing service. Well done! It was for my brother and I hadn't expected it to arrive so quickly so my sister-in-law had to hide it for a couple of weeks. He seems very pleased with it.”

“I have bought three lichen green rose supports for shrub roses and other little items (garden penknife and knife sharpener. All are top notch purchases. They came superbly wrapped, well on time and the website is easy to navigate and use. My only regret is that there are too many things on the website to attract me - I must learn patience! PS The roses are now well supported and even in Winter together with the beautiful supports, they look beautiful.”

“Your online ordering system is painful if ordering a gift from overseas for delivery in England. Once I get past the flash screen indicating I am accessing from overseas, my invoice address has to be a UK postcode. Madness!”
