“The trumpet obelisk design is attractive but in my view not entirely practical without a more substantial ring base. It is tall and narrow and will be subject to a lot of lateral pressure for which I am not sure the supplied 12 '' stays are sufficient”

“We ordered a wheelbarrow and had some difficulties in assembling it. I spoke to Amanda in customer services who then contacted the supplier. Amanda then sent me two photos which enabled us to assemble the wheelbarrow easily. Very prompt and helpful advice.”

“We ordered superior raised beds, which unfortunately were delayed. Harrod kept us informed regularly which was good. The wood and the brackets were all good, but the screws are not. Even using a manual screwdriver, the heads often disintegrated, making it very difficult and arduous and requiring me to buy screws from Wickes.”

“Whilst the service was good to a degree the communication flow was slow and the article ordered took longer than expected. The price paid for the arch was high and the surface treatment was poor leading to the polyester powder coat chipping off with ease. Having assessed some of the metal work it is obvious that the galvanise steel arch has been laser cut leading to surface oxidation. I could write pages on the treatment of metals but there is probably not enough space left.”
