“Service and advice is usually excellent but I was wrongly advised when replacing a fruit cage net and bought the wrong size net as a result. as I had opened the net and tried to fit it, I just had to buy another net and received no apology or acknowledgement that I had been wrongly advised. Very disappointing.”
