“Our arch arrived nice and quickly and didn't take long to put up. The few questions that we had were answered by watching the online videos. The product quality is excellent and well worth the outlay.”

“We purchased two 0.9m x 1.8m Narrow Node Wall Trellis Systems (Black) which look lovely side by side on our house wall to support two clematis. They were time consuming to assemble but we are pleased with their quality and the end result is perfect for our needs.”

“Absolutely love the Southwold backless bench for my courtyard garden. As with all things from Harrod Horticultural it is fantastic quality, sturdy and looks great. My only gripe would be that when I added the cushion to my order it wasn’t clear that it is a single cushion (so I need to order another one and wait for that to be delivered!), a note stating you need 2, or a double cushion, would be helpful.”

“Last year my sedums grew luxuriantly - and then keeled over under their own weight! This year Harrods plant supports have put a complete stop to all of that, and they blend beautifully into the border, as well! Couldn't be more delighted!”

“Pleased with the product - good quality and looks very good. Harrod Horticultural service also good - emailed me as promised when goods sent. Less happy with couriers - they were supposed to email with delivery details but didn't. It was just lucky that we happened to be in when they delivered.”

“We are very pleased with the raised beds BUT we are very unhappy that you have still not delivered the hoops and covers ordered and paid for on31st March . We were not advised that there was a problem when we ordered and we had to make contact with you when the order did not arrive . We would have expected an explanation and apology for the delay with such a reputable company.”

“Order accepted as in stock, no communication for a week, then told items were no longer in stock and they had no idea when they would be. No apology, no stock updates, they clearly weren’t interested so I cancelled my order.”

“Very pleased with the arch and bench combined we bought during lockdown. We constructed it and followed the straight forward instructions to fit within a space between 2 Chapel arches. Now it is up and with the roses planted either side it will be magnificent in the summer flowering season. Absolutely delighted with it as it looks fantastic quality & is very comfortable to sit and survey the garden from. Thanks”
