“Popadome arrived quickly. When we assembled it we discovered it was damaged. We contacted Harrod immediately and they were very apologetic and organised a replacement straight away. Excellent customer service. We are very happy with the replacement and our cherries are almost ready for harvesting and for the first time the birds didn’t get any. Great company to do business with.”

We can confirm that because of the size of your order it was despatched via our carrier company Tuffnells. “Made an order of 2 different products. One was out of stock but they sent an email to advise me and sent out the product that was available and advised me when the second product was on its way. It was great that they didn’t hold my order up and that they kept me informed.”

“The product I ordered was not in stock but there was no indication of that on the web site. It was delivered weeks after I ordered it. When I sent a customer service enquiry I did not get a response until 2 weeks later. 10 days after the product arrived.”
