“Excellent product, well made and certainly designed to be long lasting (not the flimsy things one sees in garden centres). We needed an unusual configuration of trellis so we could use it to also exclude our terriers from a part of the garden. Harrod sorted out for us the right parts and delivered them smartly. The overall result is excellent. We also have other Harrod products and I must say that all the products seem very well made and robust.”

“Ordered some vegetable plants. Unfortunately there was a long delay for delivery. I was informed there was a problem with the nursery and the plants wouldn't be available for a bit longer. The customer service agent was very helpful, cancelled my order and arranged a refund. So I didn't get my plants but the customer service to rectify it was very good.”

Thank you for your recent order and review. We are very sorry to hear that you encountered problems when dealing with us. We can confirm that all of our plants are grown to order by our nursery. The late growing season this year has unfortunately led to delays with despatching our plants which we realise has been a great inconvenience to our customers. It is company policy to keep our customers as up to date as possible with regards to delays and we will be investigating the reasons as to why this was not communicated with the relevant departments. Your order was cancelled and refunded to you as per your request. Please accept our apologies once again for any inconvenience caused.

“The staff that I dealt with at Harrod Horticultural were friendly, helpful and well-informed. The small problems that cropped up during the design and fabrication of of my bespoke pergola were dealt with quickly and generously. Most important of all, the finished structure has taken my, already pretty, garden to new heights. It is fair to say that everyone that has seen it in situ and planted up has been overwhelmed at the sight. I am very grateful to the company for an unrivalled product.”
