“I wanted a few odds and ends to extend an existing Harrods trellis. The customer service officer was very helpful on the phone identifying the items I wanted confirming. However they could not find the screws I wanted and said they would phone me back. Unfortunately they didn't, but that might be because they could not find them. However it would have been useful to know. I ordered the other items on line and got the usual efficient service but I had to hunt around the few hardware shops in my area to try and find alternative screws. As I have mobility difficulties this did not much please me.”

“Harrod Horticultural - !! FAIL !! they were the worst ever at sorting out an delivery failure that was their fault and then it just got worse. It took my much repeated chasing. They failed to communicate, turned what should have been a simple process into a nightmare.”
