“Purchased their metal wall trellis panels With black coating. Very pleased with the quality of the product , would have given 5 stars but they were let down by their delivery contractor who damaged an item in transit which was replaced by Harrod when reported to them. Would recommend them for quality of product.”

“Poor customer service -no reply to email after 4 days and had to contact by phone. The obelisk I purchased will not fit together and was expensive so I thought I was getting a quality item”

“I ordered some anti cabbage white soft netting for my brassica cage online as the quality and delivery time looked very good. When I received the order confirmation the expected delivery time was a lot longer than I thought so I made a telephone enquiry as I needed to fix the netting and plant before my holiday. As promised it arrived within 3 days and I am very pleased with the product.”

“I ordered two popadomes which I found to be easy to erect and an excellent alternative to the mess of netting I previously used to protect my vegetables from birds. They came within a couple of days of my order. I was so pleased that I ordered two more taking advantage of the free carriage offer. These came by a different route and took rather longer to arrive. Overall I am very pleased with the product and the service.”

“I’ve only ordered twice and both times my order has gone through only to be followed by a period of a week or so with no updates and then an email to say the item I’ve ordered is out of stock. I’m not sure why this couldn’t be advised when I ordered. There was also no option to cancel the order.”

“I have always found Harrods provided first class quality but have to admit the recent cloches I purchased were not up to what I normally expect, and looked cheap and not normal Harrods quality.I hope this is just a one off!! ken Wyatt”

“My walk in vegetable cage was delivered quickly. Seems robust and so far the cabbage white butterflies haven't managed to intrude. It is quite simple to pull up the net for weeding. I am very happy with it.”

“The item I bought from Harrods Horticultural turned out to be perfect in every way. I phoned Harrods as I needed some measurements before committing to purchase and the girl on the phone went out of her way to ensure I had the correct information. “Goods arrived on time easy to put even though instructions were missing if it keeps birds from pinching cherries I will be happy. Only time will tell how long netting lasts for”

“Absolutely superb customer service. Order for a personalised Sneeboer trowel was delayed coming into Harrod. Because I was going to be away they sent to a local post office for me to pick up. So very helpful.”
