“Took a couple of weeks for my order of 3 raised beds to arrive completely. When I emailed about the delay the only reply I received was a couple of automated emails saying they were dealing with it. A couple of the boards had damaged ends as their only protection was shrink wrap polythene, could have done with some cardboard on there. Conversely, there was too much packaging on the screws. I received 18 single use plastic bags, each containing 10 screws, all of which were the same length.”

“Disappointed with this service. Plants arrived late and in poor condition. I tried to save them. One out of three is barely alive. Email sent questioning what to do - no response! Sorry to leave a poor review but it is what it is.....”

The late growing season this year has unfortunately led to delays with despatching our plants which we realise has been a great inconvenience to our customers. “Recently purchased a second batch of painted steel plant supports. Although pricey the supports are well made and provide the good depth required to be driven into the soil. Had to wait several weeks for the 1st batch however the 2nd batch were delivered within 5 working days. Very satisfied with the overall service.”

“I am very pleased with the veg cage its better than I hoped. Where Harrod let me down was the delivery. It took 10 days to arrive when I saw on their site delivery is 3-5 days. This was very disappointing.”

“Shipping was delayed "due to popular demand" (what for was not stated) and based on the estimated shipping date that was given delivery was likely to take place whilst we were away. An e-mail to customer services asking whether shipping could be delayed was acknowledged but never answered. Whilst we were away, I received two e-mails within about 2 hours of each other, the first saying that shipping had been delayed further, and the second saying that the order had been dispatched. The latter appears to have been correct and the package was left outside our door in the open for about a week. The product itself is fine but customer service pretty much non-existent.”

“I purchased a Sneeboer fat trowel and hand fork last month I received the tools in a few days and was very happy with the prompt and efficient service and communication from the staff in the mail order department The products I purchased are of excellent value and quality and I will recommend them to anyone”

“Cutesy plugs arrived and growing nicely. I did have to wait a while for the delivery but I guess we were waiting for the little seeds/ plantlings to do their thing. Can't rush nature. Oh and you get a useful information booklet on how best to treat your plants. Thank you.”
