I was very impressed with the way I was kept informed of delays in delivery. The replacement cylinders for the window openings arrived when expected, were easy to install and are working perfectly.

My horse chestnut tree and I find the price and carriage of your leaf miner moth pheromone extraordinarily high. A little cheaper than the other people’s, but really?

I was happy with my sneeboer tools. Built to last. They are very expensive though. The item I particularly wanted always seems out of stock.

My item did not arrive despite several verbal and written confirmations that it would arrive on 30th June. It never did. I had to contact Barclaycard to obtain a refund as I could not obtain one directly with you, although one was agreed with yourselves but of course did not materialise. I will not buy anything from you again. Communication and customer service non existent.

I ordered a product with wrong measurements and the customer care team were marvellous. They arranged for my product to be collected and reordered the correct item.A very pleasant and efficient admin team .I felt I was receiving proper customer care and not just lip service.

Ordered stock item through their website and got notified it is out of stock. Phoned to ask, and was told that it must be an error as it hasn’t been in stock for a while. Disappointed.

I am really cheesed off at the late delivery of my latest order . I would prefer an honest warning that the item is out of stock with no expected arrival date than have 3 or 4 promises of delivery which get subsequently pushed back Also not impressed with assembly instructions which need beefing up

We bought a large 7 x 3 meter aluminium fruit cage. Apart from some hassle with the door hinges it went up easily and we are delighted with it.

Took a while to items to arrive. We understand there was a delay but took a lot longer than expected and we kept getting emails to say the items would arrive in the next two weeks but they took longer. Perhaps be more honest with expected delivery time.
