“Excellent service. I telephoned with a query about a plant support and the service assistant went and obtained the exact dimensions and then promptly phoned me back. He made me feel that my query was important and he took time to research it. The product, when I received it, was exactly as he described it and what I wanted.”

“The climbing pea and bean frame instructions were really misleading and the construction complicated, particularly with extra bits being included that actually were not needed so confusing the issue.”

“The raised bed did not work - we followed the instructions carefully but the holes were not quite in the right place and we ended up with some gaps in the wooden coping top. I think for a full price, the item should have fitted together more perfectly.”

“Very good fruit cage bought. When it was damaged due to snow they had the parts available to get it fixed. The snow damage was my fault for forgetting to roll back the roof netting in winter. Lesson learned .”

“The service was positive and helpful. Just 2 slight niggles, the roof netting had a fault (woven incorrectly) but luckily it was near the edge so it was in the overhang and also the DVD supplied did not work on any of my devices but the instructions (hard copy) were good.”

“Products are of a high quality but delivery is shockingly bad at the present time. On the last two occasions I have ordered superior metal raised beds the components have arrived in several batches over a number of different days. This really needs sorting as a matter of urgency before it detracts from what is otherwise a good company with many excellent products.”

“I did find the instructions could have been better. Some alternatives need to be considered when you are working in an enclosed area because trying to build the roof first was not really an option so we had to take that in sections once the sides were built. One of the middle/end connectors broke placing this in the roof stakes and no spares are included which I think needs to be added in case you do find a part is broken.”
