“We bought the beehive style compost bin which we absolutley love! It arrived on time and was easy to assemble. We spoke to customer services and they were really helpful as there was a question over the price. Will certainly buy from Harrod again.”

“The service was ok. However the quality of the raised bed was very average and certainly not worth what I paid for it. I could have bought the materials from the local builder's merchant a lot cheaper and still have put it together. Really quite disappointing.”

“My order was delivered later than was promised in 3 separate deliveries days apart with no promised notifications of the delivery date from the delivering company. The final straw was that two pieces of wood were not included so many weeks after the raised bed was ordered we still cannot use its”

“Purchased pots for my sons birthday to make a herb garden for his balcony.The large one arrived and was just what I wanted so decided to order a smaller one. Sadly smaller one arrived well packed but damaged, Harrod Horticultural arranged for a replacement and it arrived the next day. Excellent speedy delivery. Thanks very much”

“We are very pleased with the steel arch you sent and which is now erected. However, the delivery system was appalling. Two of the three packages were delivered within the specified time, but the third was said to have been lost by the delivery company. Having contacted yourselves you said it would be delivered the following day which did not happen. I contacted you several times to be given the same answer blaming the delivery company and refusing to send a replacement package.. Eventually a different Harrod representative agreed to immediately despatch a new package. Not a good performance.”
