“Delivery was fine and our landscape gardener easily installed the arch in November last year. We planted climbing roses which are beginning to climb!”

“The netting cage appears of good quality and was easy to assemble. However, fitting the additional access strip has damaged the netting and is a poor fit. The instructions are inadequate and customer service was poor.”

“The Order was delivered by Access Garden Products 2 weeks before the anticipated date. On construction, one pane of glass shattered while being slotted in to place, but one short phone call to Access resulted in the delivery 2 day later, free of charge, of 3 extra panes of glass. I don't think you can improve on that for service.”

“We ordered products in April and were told they would be delivered in 2 weeks. We then got told it was delayed by 2 weeks. We were then strung along by poor communication each saying ... be with you in 2 weeks. We had final delivery of veg patch hoops in 3rd week of June. Almost 2 months+. I guess the lesson you learn here is never trust a website that says they ahve the product in stock only to get your money off you and then make you wait 2 months. Poor show, not trustworthy and communication was inaccurate and poor throughout. We won't be using Harrod Horticultural ever again.”

“I bought a fruit cage. Delivery took over 4 weeks. Instructions were inadequate Its quality was not what I expected. It is very flimsy and I am having problems with the door already.”

Thank you for your order and review. We are very disappointed to learn that the Aluminium Fruit Cage that you ordered did not meet your expectations and the framework to the cage is flimsy. Providing the uprights of the cage are pushed into the ground by 30cm and the framework is erected correctly, it will be sturdy enough. All sizes of cage are thoroughly tested for strength in the design process. We understand that the difficulties you were having with the door of your cage has now been resolved with a member of our Customer Services Team and we thank you once again.

“The items were not properly packed. They had bubblewrap on them but not in the right places so two out of 3 items were split open and the contents all over the place. Good prices, though, but I wont buy from you again.”

We regularly review each and every product we stock – partly based on very welcome feedback such as yours - to ensure they are packed as efficiently as possible and are well protected for the uncomfortable journey they are about to take. We work closely with our suppliers to try and ensure products we purchase from them are adequately packaged on delivery to us, and of course, we have much greater control over packaging of the items we design and manufacture ourselves. “First time customer. We ordered a slot & lock pond cover. Ordering was easy, delivery super speedy & we’re happy with this product. Definitely requires two people to put this together & it took my wife & I approx an hour to assemble. Would definitely recommend.”
