“Took a while to items to arrive. We understand there was a delay but took a lot longer than expected and we kept getting emails to say the items would arrive in the next two weeks but they took longer. Perhaps be more honest with expected delivery time.”

“Fast delivery. Regular updates on processing and shipping order. All in all a great experience. The netting i bought was high quality and it was great that i could order the size i needed in one piece. Would highly recommend.”

“I have had to wait for months for my last order and it is now beyond the time when I can use the products. Had I known that the item was not in stock when I placed my order, I would not have ordered it. I have ordered quite a lot from you in the past but will not order anything again unless you include the functionality on your website to inform the customer if an item is out of stock.”

“the framed net I bought did not do what I wanted. I did not work unless it was fixed to the ground which made access to the contents very difficult. It was not obvious on the website that this was the case. I ended up using the net on some old canes and bricks to hold it down as the pegs were not appropriate for where I wanted to use it. I won't waste another £90 in future”

“I knew what I needed (a fruit cage ) but unsure as to how to work out how to mix and match the poles to get the hybrid structure correct. The gentleman I spoke to was excellent and the whole thing worked out as hoped. Delivery was quick and package strong ang and secure.”
