“I purchased two items from Harrod’s. A green mesh to protect my greenhouse form severe sun and this year a mesh to protect brassicas from cabbage whites. Harold’s warned me that there might be some delay to the arrival of the green house mesh due to Covid restrictions in 2020. Nevertheless it still arrived in time to protect my tomatoes etc. It also fits perfectly. The brassica mesh has performed superbly and I have not suffered any incursions. Both meshes are still in excellent condition after usage as they are very good quality products.”

“A very good service. The product I received is of good quality which for the price is comforting. I purchased the standard wooden raised beds with capping. I would recommend the capping as it really finishes off the beds - particularly nice if your beds are an integral part of your garden. Lots of other lovely and useful garden things on their website...I just need to save up!”

“The product is fantastic, no faulting that - we’re very satisfied. What was really disappointing was the customer service. Repeated delays and only 10% offered after we complained. It is such a shame that they didn’t put more effort into the after sale care…it left a really sour experience for what is clearly a very good product range.”

“Good product range, but not very responsive to emails. Also, the packaging could consider the enviroment more - I received eco friendly wood treatment smothered in bubble wrap, which seemed a little ironic.”
