The pyramid we ordered arrived in good time and is installed in the flower bed waiting for a delivery of climbing plants later this month. It looks impressive and sturdy and the hooks to anchor it are robust and still shiny despite the heavy rain of the past few weeks. I can’t wait to see it covered in flowers!

Bought peony trumpet support. Arrived within stated time schedule. Well made. Delighted with purchase. Have ordered more, but these are unfortunately delayed. Harrod have kept me informed of rescheduled date, but I may have to cancel this order as peonies may have flopped over by then!

I have bought all my raised beds from Harrod Horticultural. They are very sturdy and have the additional bonus of pre-drilled holes. My allotment now looks splendid with a combination of both the deeper and more shallow beds. I have bought other, cheaper beds in the past and these have just disintegrated after a year or so. It is well worth spending that little extra to get excellent, pre-drilled and solid beds. Definitely recommend

Never had a reply to a complaint about poor quality of wood sent to make up manger.I have bought 3 of these the last one was the warped wood and took a lot of putting together .Some splits in wood as well really low standard.About 2weeks ago sent in a question as to do you do spare spikes to keep in place for the cloches I had from you.All mine blew off in the bad weather we have just had.Mayi suggest you sell some longer ones to keep them in the soil and not blow away as mine did.No word came back too me about either I was ignored. Can you do anything about the bad wood I received.Had to plant up so will not be sending it back but still was rubbish quality.Have become a customer of firm but I am beginning to wonder about my next buy.Hope you reply this time. I have been using Harrod Horticultural products for nearly 18 years now and an vouch for the quality of all their products. Expensive yes but many of them are still in use 18 years later. I erect my fruit cage every year and all the components still fit together as if they were new. I am grateful that such products are available as we live in the North Norfolk countryside where nature and wildlife are always on the lookout for a free meal.

Whilst the product is good, it was disappointing to find that they did not actually have the item in stock and we received three emails confirming delay after delay. When we finally asked for a refund, we received the item. Not a good service although a good product.

The product which you ordered is manufactured in house, but unfortunately, we were let down by our suppliers of the raw material which we source externally. My order was delivered damaged. I found i had to take the lead in communication to get a replacement. Nothing wrong with the quality of the replacement, just poor customer service.
