Thank you for your recent order and review. We understand from your comments that you are unhappy with the prices of some of the products. We would like all of our customers to be completely satisfied with every aspect of our service and would like to offer a brief explanation into our pricing structure. Wherever possible, we aim to be competitive when fixing prices on products that other mail order companies of our size stock. We spend a great deal of resources on ensuring we charge a similar price and wherever possible, we try to give our customers an even better deal. We try to source superior products to offer to our customers and also try to research, design and manufacture our own products wherever possible using superior materials. Hopefully this explanation is of help and thank you once again for your order.

“I pre-ordered popadomes, I was kept up to date with the order and it arrived earlier than originally expected. They were packed in most useful sacks rather than polybags or cardboard box. All together a most successful shopping experience.”

“Really excellent product. Vey solid. Bought one for my mother in law so knew what we were getting. The first order went astray but there was no problem with sending another. All sorted out eventually withj minimum fuss. If we had a bigger garden I'm sure we'd buy more but we'll have to make do with this one.”

“Delivery took longer than stated. Quality of products very good. With the mini greenhouse cloche tunnels single width, it might be better if the ends could be slotted in from the top instead of from the bottom. This would save having to unpeg the tunnel to take the ends off.”

“I ordered two potting trays on 21st March. One was to be an Easter present for my daughter, the other for myself. Expected delivery was a few days. Over a period of weeks I received 3 email messages telling of delay, then further delays, then nothing. Easter came and went, when our spring potting was complete the potting trays eventually arrived arrived on 22nd April. No further apology or other enclosure. I will think very carefully before purchasing from Harrod's again and cannot recommend to others.”

Whilst most of our products are manufactured by ourselves, regrettably the Potting Trays are bought-in products and we are completely in the hands of our suppliers regarding stock dates.
