“Whilst there was an issue with stock, I understood and Harrod Horticultural kept me regularly informed as to the stock situation. Once back in stock, the dispatched the item quickly and it arrived next day.”

“Good products. However improvements could be made to despatch times and communication about these when an order is placed (there is silence for a few weeks). Also, once despatched, it would be helpful to know (or choose) a delivery date. It was by pure accident that I was available when the delivery arrived.”

“All 16 parts of the delivery were carefully delivered by a knowledgeable driver. Instructions for the 3 compost bins were clear, though construction without an electric drill might have taken days. The final result is a vast improvement on the tip it replaced.”

“The item itself is good quality, I'm pleased with it however I think it is overpriced. The instructions (2 sets) that come with the item as I had x2 for 2 trees were confusing. They are certainly not sufficient especially regards tightening the wire and how to thread through the gripples. Even after a phone call with the Harrod Horticultural team it was confusing and difficult. They said because they don't manufacture the gripples they don't include instructions which seems poor in terms of customer support. The online videos were some help. In summary | Good product, yet pricey, poor instructions and support sadly.”

“The netted brassica frame was very easy to put together and feels very stable although I have yet to check if it survived the recent gales. I am very satisfied with the service and quality of the goods.”
