“Having ordered a table and chairs that were allegedly in stock according to the web site we are disappointed to have had to wait for 2 months for delivery, with almost no communication from Harrod despite many phone calls by myself, and what communication was eventually made was then inaccurate. The product quality is however excellent and worth the cost.”

“Really poor delivery service. Difficult to know what has been delivered, and difficult to relay back to Customer Service. Paid premium to get receive promptly too. Product looks good but I would be careful ordering in future”

It is frustrating for us when this happens because we cannot directly affect this part of the service when the goods leave our warehouse, but rest assured this will be investigated fully to ensure standards are improved further. If you would like to order from us again, we could send this with different carriers if requested.

“Bought a fruit cage. Arrived sooner than initially indicated. Easy to put together and sturdy. I needed a slightly smaller size and poles were easy to cut and assemble. Would recommend Harrod”

“Harrod supplied a replacement piece for my greenhouse window opening device so I didn't need to replace the whole unit, which made fitting it very simple. And they also provided a set of instructions at my request. Lovely people to deal with.”

“Loved the bistro table and chairs, delivery company helpful and took pallet and all (non recyclable!) packaging away. Response to my request for garden furniture brochure very slow (I’m used to Amazon next day) but chairs and table, once they arrived, absolutely top quality. On other orders, too much packaging of garden stakes etc non recyclable , but, once again, quality of items really first class.”

“The pyramid we ordered arrived in good time and is installed in the flower bed waiting for a delivery of climbing plants later this month. It looks impressive and sturdy and the hooks to anchor it are robust and still shiny despite the heavy rain of the past few weeks. I can’t wait to see it covered in flowers!”

“Bought peony trumpet support. Arrived within stated time schedule. Well made. Delighted with purchase. Have ordered more, but these are unfortunately delayed. Harrod have kept me informed of rescheduled date, but I may have to cancel this order as peonies may have flopped over by then!”

“I have bought all my raised beds from Harrod Horticultural. They are very sturdy and have the additional bonus of pre-drilled holes. My allotment now looks splendid with a combination of both the deeper and more shallow beds. I have bought other, cheaper beds in the past and these have just disintegrated after a year or so. It is well worth spending that little extra to get excellent, pre-drilled and solid beds. Definitely recommend”
