“Purchased pots for my sons birthday to make a herb garden for his balcony.The large one arrived and was just what I wanted so decided to order a smaller one. Sadly smaller one arrived well packed but damaged, Harrod Horticultural arranged for a replacement and it arrived the next day. Excellent speedy delivery. Thanks very much”

“We are very pleased with the steel arch you sent and which is now erected. However, the delivery system was appalling. Two of the three packages were delivered within the specified time, but the third was said to have been lost by the delivery company. Having contacted yourselves you said it would be delivered the following day which did not happen. I contacted you several times to be given the same answer blaming the delivery company and refusing to send a replacement package.. Eventually a different Harrod representative agreed to immediately despatch a new package. Not a good performance.”

“These peony supports are fantastic quality and the most attractive design I've found. The 60x60cm size is ideal, nice and wide for containing a good sized plant. They look lovely in the borders when they're empty in the winter too!”

“I ordered 2 small zinc planters to replace 2 old concrete ones. Order despatched promptly, well packaged and arrived undamaged. The planters are robust, practical and stylish and now have pride of place showcasing 2 bay trees at the front door. Really pleased with this purchase.”

“I bought an apple picking tool a few weeks ago. It was dispatched and arrived incredibly quickly, and was securely (but not wastefully) packaged. I haven't been able to use it yet, given that the apples have yet to grow, but it looks very sturdy, and appears to be of high quality. I'd definitely Harrod Horticultural them again for similar purchases.”

“Fantastic, quality products. Only dropped a star because it took quite a while to receive our products. That might be pandemic related and it might be easier to get hold of customer service in ‘normal’ times. But lovely raised beds and raspberry supports, would recommend.”

Thank you for your order and review. We are very disappointed to learn that the item you ordered did not meet your expectations. We do state on our website that the capping to our Timber Raised Beds is optional. However, this can be ordered separately afterwards. “I wanted 2mm triple-glazed bubble-wrap insulation for my new greenhouse. It was not available elsewhere at this time; it was available at Harrod H. but relatively costly. Nevertheless, it arrived quickly & is of good quality”

“My order was monumentally slow to arrive (we’re talking weeks!). Once it did, the item was bent out of shape. I then had to wait another significant amount of time for the replacement, which arrived without fittings. So I had to wait for those. All in all, my order was fulfilled over the course of about a month, which is a terrible effort.”
