“A phone call was required to check suitability of product, obelisks for growing sweet peas up as no photos on website. Non gardener responded. Also delivery was a bit delayed and product large left behind our car in front yard, a text re delivery slot would have been helpful.”

“I erect my fruit cage every year to protect my currents (red, black and white), gooseberry bushes and strawberries. My purchase of addition equipment enabled me to extend the cage and make the picking of the fruit a lot easier. Thank you for wonderful products.”

“Ordering was simple, although the wonderful range of options on types of netting and alternative sizes etc taxed this tiny brain!!. Delivery was as promised and quality is faultless. Need more reassurance?? I don't think so.”

“Generally well designed and well made, would have liked a few more cable ties. 8 Screws that fixed the door corners had shoulders which meant that when screwed right in they no longer gripped the plastic, i had to replace them with fully threaded stainless screws. Also inserts to convert door fixings from square to round were a bit of a pain.”

“The Website said 3-5 day delivery from order. One week later I emailed and was told it was on its way. Two weeks later I tried again. Phones and spoke to someone who said it would be despatched the following week .....The following week spoke to someone else (again) who said it would be despatched the following week ..... Following week it arrived. Throughout the month wait, no correspondence or updates of any kind so kept in the dark at all times. Hopeless. Love the arch, not worth the money though, maybe 1/2 would be about right, but glad to have it now it’s arrived.”
