“Order through the website was easy and delivery was prompt. But it would be helpful if the instructions to erect the fruit cage had included those for the corner brackets within the text instead of as a separate sheet. It seemed to be one step forward, two steps back at times. Having to disassemble bits always annoys.”

“Service from Harrods is good, delivery not so much. My fruit cage was literally left at may front door, driver didn’t give me chance to open my garage before off loading it. On calling Harrods to complain, my delivery charge was reimbursed without question.”

“Every thing I have bought from Harrod Horticulturl has been exactly as described and easy to use the one exception being my last purchase of a garden watring kit . As I found the written instructions puzzling ,possibly not written originally in english and translated by someone not familiar with gardening terminology I decided to phone the customer help line and spoke to a very charming and helpful lady who was not only able to sort out my problems but even found a video online which showed exactly how to install the system. Now that is real service which I greatly appreciated so I shall certainly continue to buy from Harrod Horticultural and have reccomended the company to my friends.”

“I purchased a bean/sweet pea support frame. Online ordering was easy and the item despatched quickly. On arrival I checked the parts and found I had a frame connector missing. The telephone support was excellent and the missing part arrived a couple of days later.”

“I am very happy with the service I received from Harris Horticultural. I ordered the ‘shepherds crooks’ to hang bird feeders from and they are excellent. They are very sturdy metal construction, made of one solid piece (as opposed to the sectional versions other companies sell) which means they’re much more stable in use. The height also is great - much taller than most others which is better for the birds. I highly recommend them!”
