“I have ordered a number of accessories from HH over the years and hopefully will continue to do so. Their merchandise is good quality and does what it says in the brochure. I am very happy with the results. In addition, the delivery is prompt and first rate.”

“The fruit cage I purchased was excellent and of high quality. My only complaint would be instructions could have been a little more detailed, but I think a lot of it is straightforward once you put the cage together. Mine was very large so took time. When I needed help customer service helped. Allen keys as part of the strengtheners would have been helpful.”

“On 24th April I ordered an additional vegetable cage to go with the 2 you supplied us 3 years ago. It was delivered promptly - the packing tube was severely damaged but luckily the contents survived. Having first telephoned, but finding you reluctant to accept a phone order, I had ordered online - simple enough. But the reason for phoning was that I also wanted a quote for a bespoke net to fit a cage over one of 4 raised beds you had supplied us with 10 years ago (still doing the job despite needing a few repairs to rotted corner posts and base planks). The dimensions were noted, and I was advised I would receive a quote in due course - not necessarily “by return”, but within the 30 days eligibility for free delivery. Disappointingly, I never heard anything further, so gave up.”

“The vegetables I ordered arrived carefully packed in biodegradable material. Delighted with them. The only thing is that I wish I had received a bit more notice as per when the items were due to arrive.”

“The customer services at Harrod horticulture is exceptionally good. My call was answered straight away, concerns were noted and generated a prompt and very favourable outcome. She was pleasant and friendly and made you feel at ease. All their products ,i have bought so far from them have been of high quality, albeit a bit pricey. Thank you customer services.”

“Thank you for the pheremone trap for our old horse chestnut tree. We have just changed the first one after 6 weeks and although the moth grubs have still bored into the leaves, we think it is less than last year. We did find a great many of the adult moths in the trap so we think you can call this method of protecting our trees a success and I've put some pictures on Facebook. Well done!!”

“I recently purchased one of the slot and lock pond covers. It is a great product and so far havnt seen the heron back since i set it up - Easy to build and looks great. Delivery was as expected and even though one item was missing they sent it out the same day. Thanks”
