“i needed to renovate my 11 year-old fruit cage. Harrod Horticultural immediately found all my original details from 2008 on their system and gave prompt, clear advice on replacement of the very small number of uprights that had corroded, as well as on making the structure, with new netting, more impenetrable for marauding blackbirds. The quality of their manufacture is very high and I rate their customer service equally highly!”

“I ordered a vegetable cage with anti-butterfly & bird netting, which was quite easy to assemble and seems sturdy, although we haven't had any strong winds yet so I don't know how well it will stand up in those conditions. The one criticism I have is that no tracking information is provided for the delivery of the items - not even a single date for delivery. Given that virtually all delivery companies now provide this information, could Harrod *please* provide this in future?”
